Kiran Seth is an accomplished academic leader, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a certified Neuro Linguistic Programme (NLP) Trainer, HRD Corp. Accredited Trainer and a passionate advocate for women in leadership. With over two decades of experience in higher education, leadership development, and professional training, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to realise their fullest potential. As a Senior Lecturer of a leading academic institution within the Sunway Group, she has been instrumental in advancing educational excellence, building industry partnerships, and nurturing future- ready professionals. Her commitment to developing talent extends beyond the classroom, where she has inspired thousands of students, professionals, and emerging leaders through mentoring, coaching, and transformational learning initiatives. Students under her pupillage have attained 4 World Prizes, 13 Malaysian Prizes, and 1 Vietnam Prize as well as occasionally toppers in the institution for academic excellence.
