Shaharudeen Chua Jian Wei

Shaharudeen Chua is the CEO of Kreateevee Sdn Bhd, a corporate trainer, consultant and social-impact advocate. He is also the Founder of Harvest & Wealth Training and Consulting, where he works with organisations on leadership, people development and purpose-driven growth. For over 20 years, he has been actively involved with Malaysia’s Orang Asli communities through community and development initiatives. Through YKPM, he currently leads Tunas Asli, a literacy programme for Orang Asli children. His experience across corporate leadership and grassroots communities has shaped his belief that sustainable progress begins by respecting indigenous wisdom and empowering communities to shape their own future.
