Catalina Cajías Jaya is Director of Women Economic Forum Ecuador, President of Fundación Vamos Más Alto and a member of Graduate Women International. A specialist in international cooperation and multi-sector engagement, she connects leaders, businesses, academia, civil society and international organisations to foster high-impact partnerships. Through WEF Ecuador, she has built a community of more than 567 leaders and delegations from 17 countries, promoting business opportunities, education and women’s empowerment. Her work spans initiatives across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, as well as intercontinental student exchanges. She has studied diplomacy, international relations, equality and international project management. She was awarded the Manuela Sáenz Decoration by the Andean Parliament.
