YM Tengku Nurimazon Tengku Ab Wahab

YM Tengku Hajjah Nurimazon Binti Tengku Ab Wahab, known as Ku Em, is a Registered Counsellor and Head of Human Resources at MADCash Sdn Bhd, and founder of Ku Em Royal Heritage. With over twenty years in entrepreneurship and mental health advocacy, she now leads HR at MADCash, helping the organization build resilient, future-ready teams while helping individuals navigate change with clarity and confidence. She has designed workforce wellbeing and emotional resilience programs for women entrepreneurs, including B40 communities, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Guidance and Counselling. She moderates this session bringing a practitioner's view of workforce development.
