Dr. Milan-Devi LaBrey

Dr. Milan LaBrey is a psychology professor, TEDx speaker, author, and founder of TAEI Academy, whose work explores the intersection of human behavior, values, and conscious choice. She is the creator of Off Script, an initiative designed to help individuals and organizations recognize and interrupt the unconscious patterns that shape their decisions, relationships, and lives. As Global Chair for Values & Volunteerism with the G100, Dr. LaBrey works internationally to advance values-based leadership and social responsibility. Across education, speaking, and her broader work, she challenges people to examine the scripts they inherit, question what they take for granted, and make more deliberate choices about how they live and lead.
