Vanessa Roux

Vanessa Florence Roux is an international executive and leadership advocate with more than twenty years of senior experience across Africa and emerging markets. She currently serves as Managing Director of IN Groupe in Kenya, leading the delivery of sovereign identity and secure document solutions to governments. Her career spans some of the world's leading multinationals — Johnson & Johnson, where she was Director for West Africa, as well as Amadeus, Intertek, and Air France-KLM — with deep expertise in B2B2G strategy and public-private partnerships. She has also served as Special Advisor to the Presidency of the Gabonese Republic. Beyond her corporate roles, Vanessa is Global Chair of the Coaching & Training wing of G100, a worldwide network of women leaders, and an INSEAD-certified executive coach dedicated to developing Africa's next generation of leaders. A sought-after speaker, she delivered a keynote at Bold Summit 2026 in Luanda and engages regularly with high-level diplomatic networks. Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, she is equally committed at the grassroots level, supporting a refugees-led association at Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya and the Korado rural transformation project in Ghana.
